Established in 2017,

Stars Exchange focus on serving the domestic helper in Hong Kong and South East Asian tourists visiting Hong Kong

Stars Exchange aims to provide fast, accurate & secure money exchange and remittance services at great rates to the customers. It helps clients to transfer money from Hong Kong to specific destinations, mostly to Indonesia, Singapore and other South East Asia countries.

Stars Exchange will NOT process any non-face-to-face transactions ordered by the clients.

And Stars Exchange will NOT operate the money service business via the Internet.

Clients are required to visit the shop in person and fill in the relevant documents.

Clients also required to provide following information for our record keeping if the transaction amount is equal to or more than HKD 120,000 (or equivalent amount in the foreign currencies);

(i) HKID/passport/driving license;

(ii) Contact phone number; and

(iii) Proof of Address
